blur or just tired?

today chat with my friend that just came back from overseas for work. She told me:

"i always said..if u want, u can get. is your choice".

i look at the sentence, and try to think what i actually want in my life.but problem is i really DONT'T KNOW what i want now! am i blur? lost? or mentally cramped because of my busy life?

when people are on their way to their dreams, i think i am still on a path which i am unsure... terrible liao~!
